    Felt good with 215#, moving each rep with speed and control, however 220# presented a whole different set of problems. Taking it out of the rack felt fine, first rep good, second rep ok, third rep FAIL, fourth rep? Well you get the idea...I attempted to give this wght a couple more try's and the more I did the worst it got. 225# is the goal here.
