    Went out the gate rowing at PR pace for both the 500m and 750m. Why? Who the hell knows.. Sometimes it just feels right. Looking back however I realize that a smooth steady effort on the rower would be an optimal approach to achieve elite status in this WOD. The DU are nothing more than a soul sucker, especially when done at max speeds in the 80 degree sun. Cant wait to revist this with a more thought out strategy...story of my life!
