Goal here was to not focus on the clock, but focus on proper technique on each movement while limiting rest. My eyes were set on perfect split jerks and being able to move this load with efficiency for 30 reps. Through the first 15 I felt very comfortable moving this load over head. Somewhere around 18-20 the battle commenced and each rep from the G2O was resulting in a loss of power from the hips. As I bagan to tire I apparently started to shoot my hips before engaging the first pull from the ground which made this effort alot more challenging than it need to be. As for the Split Jerk I feel as if I found a new comfort level within this lift and no longer have doubts that are enabling my success. Can it be better YES, will it be better YES.
