    Big time lift day for me. I choose this set up for ME day because this is the "sticking point" for me in the deadlift. I can almost always puul it off the ground with speed ,but once the bottom of the knee is reached I usaully start to fail or fail the lift. Two things clicked today 1. Over came a major mental barrier 2. Was able to move both 505 and 510 with good speed and not any round in my lower back. Done at a BDY WGHT of 180lbs.

    New Goal...600# Deadlift
