    Shit finally hit the fan!!! Today was probably one of the worst days I've ever had in training. I went into this one having not ate or really drank anything but a large starbucks coffee. I honestly thought I would be able to stomach out a moderate to descent performance in the condition I was in. Did not take long to prove that idea wrong. I just didn't have it in me. All the drinking and poor eating, lack of sleep and proper recovery caught up with me big time and caused me to have a "coming to jesus moment" mid WOD. I was wondering how long I could fight the inevatable and this morning I lost in the fight...I can honestly say to myself that I'm done with hangin out, drinking, chasin women, and stay up late play games or just BSin around. Its time to pull out my hard hat and strap up the work boots, punch the time card and lock in.
