    Had 5 Rounds planed for this workout but, 3 ended up being the magic number. Any more than that would not be beneficial. The goal behind this is to be able to perform an all out sprint each rd on the Airdyne and then perform unbroken reps in the other two movements. I think in RD's 4 and 5 the ride would become more of a recovery effort and the dealifts would turn to short broken sets e.i. 2-3 reps...rest...2-3 reps...rest. Which if your training to compete then working in that manner will become unbeneficial.
