  1. Been working percentages off a 205# 1RM Press for the past three weeks, due to the fact that I had no idea what my 1RM "Press" was (never have maxed that lift out). So as an "experiment" I choose that weight to train from to see if when I did MAX, if I would be able to "Press" that amount...Experiment FAILED! 1RM "Press" = 185#.
