    HSPU's on the parrellets made me feel like I was doing shoulder presses again. Arms just gave out in the 4th RD and I lost a ton of time doining only two reps. KB Swings and GHD's were just eay unbroken work that bought a little window of recovery. I still just need a lot of work on the gymnastics skill movements, both on the Strength and Strength Endurance of the skill movements.
