  1. Worked up to 355# and called it. Had 365# in the rack and realized that my legs were not having it so I called it for the night. The work I did manage to get in was solid. I realized going into the session that I was not gonna be hittin a PR. I still felt happy with the session. Got some real good heavy sled work in and made myself stretch for 15min and sometimes the "extra work" is the "most important work" especially for this type of training. Woke up today feeling brand new!
