This workout wasnt for time, but I timed each Rd so that I would work as fast as possible. Rd 1 was just under 5min, Rd 2 was 4:55, Rd 3 was 5:05. I gave my self 45 min rest between Rd's. Was a good solid workout for having just got back from Westside - Barbell. Saturday I volunteered myself for a Prowler WOD and had my ass stomped into the pavement...so this workout fit well into my training.
