AMRAP in 20min:

5 Muscle Ups
10 Pistols (5 ea leg)
5 Handstand Push Ups

    I programed this little gem to attack a couple of weeknesses e.i. the MU & HSPU. My concentration was on Muscle Ups being crisp and without little kip. Started out in the first few RD's hitting 4,3,3 consec. still not able to get over that barrier of stringing more than three together in the later RD's of a WOD...strength in the movement is just not there yet. For competition purposes if they are to arrise I'm gonna need to transition back into the rings as fast as possible. Which was a point I made during this workout. Doing so resulted in numerous failed attempts at singles, but taught myself to keep hammerin out the attempts, as the RD's went on my MU's got better. As for the HSPU and Pistols well thats really of no concern anymore. Never broke on the HSPU or did my feet leave the wall which I've had problems with in the past. First time doing Pistol's in a WOD and I managed to go unbroken on each leg. Fun stuff, gotta love programming against yourself.
