15 Hang Power Cleans 135#
15 Burpee's

  1. Split Jerk = 225,235,245,255,265(f),260(PR), 265(PR), 270(f)...had this weight overhead twice in the split but couldnt not stabalize it long enough to come to close and secure another PR. Not worried to much about it cause I have much room for growth in this lift and I can feel some big numbers coming.

    After this weeks training and the Split Jerk attempts the tank ate up what gas I had left and on RD two I was left runnin on nothin but hopes and dreams. Sub 2:30 wasnt happenin even if I would've cheated reps. Could only manage to put 5 reps together before breaking. Burpee's...they just blow.
