  1. Posted this to take a look at what is keeping me from going to Cali to compete in the Games. As it stands right now I consider myself to be middle of the road in Crossfit Competetion. All the fast Fran times and Heavy Deadlifts can't make up for the gapping holes in my game. It doesnt matter what the hell you do in the comforts of your own gym, if you step out on game day and don't produce then you need to shut your mouth, turn around, and get back to work. Bottom line is that I still have some things I need to work on before I accomplish anything worth bragging about. I won't be satisfied until I'm at the CF Games and even then there will be no room for self gratification. In this sport, to be at the top, you cannot have any room for error or holes in your armour. You have to be crisp and competitve with every movement that gets thrown your way. After looking at my scores in comparison with the top males in my region I was at least a full minute slower on the workouts posted above. Doesn't take a genius to see how thats a major problem. In the end...
