25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

    Got my arsh handed to me good on this one. After 10 swings of the KB my gas tank dropped to "E" and I began to survive off fumes. Normaly 30 swings with a 2pood is no big deal in a workout but it proved to be the catalyst. Still would've had a much better time if not for the 3 Rope Climbs at the end. Bottom line...my rope climbing skills F'in SuCK! Actually stopped and asked Colin for RC technique instructions. One more hole in my game that I gotta get patched up soon!
