  1. Felt damn good to be back under a bar again just lifting. After a week break post Garage Games I thought it might be a rough session but turns out I was mistaken. Both movements felt great and I was able to maintain lots of speed on the bar each set. Actually feeling excited about training again! Gonna keep this wave classic. Convential Back Squat, Sumo Deadlift, and Bench Press.
