    This was worst thing I've done in a while! Still feeling a little worn out and beat up the day after. I'm real happy with how this WOD turned out. Was very challenging both mentally and physically for me which is exactlly what I was trying to get out of it. I started to try and game it, but decided that I need to just go as hard as I can for as long as can and focus on unbroken reps. Right now the mental game is my biggest obstacle in training. Things like not stopping as soon as I get "tired" and not being scared of moving big weight that I thought I would never move or overcoming the unknown elemnts that I havnt trained are a few things I have to make a point to attack if I am ever going to reach the Games.
