    Had alot going on in my head during this WOD and in doing so I pushed it very hard for 10min thinking it was a 10min AMRAP. I did 9RD's in 10min and walked out the door thinking I was done...then it hit me that the clock was still running and I was an idiot. Lost the fire, but went back in and completed the WOD. Live and Learn!
