    This was an OPT Big Dawg tester wod that quit a bit of top level athletes performed. Decided I would see were I stood in the pack and realized that in order to take the top Dawg out I am gonna need to get alot tougher menatlly than I am now. I realized with this WOD that my mentality is whats holding me back!
