This version of an already awful WOD proved yet again to take me completly out of my "comfort zone", however made me come to a realization that I might need to push the limits a little more. Not physicaly, but mentaly push my self further into unknown areas. I have found a training level that allows for great performance without having to fall to your back or curl up in a ball in a dramatic fashion i.e. a "comfort zone". Having realized this, I realize that it's not good enough, because I am not good enough! In order to take a spot at regionals its gonna require me to take things to another level and evolve into a different being. The journey into the unknown begins...
